Packaging & Presentation
It is very important for us that our products reach our customer s in the most pleasant way. All of our products are presented in a linen bag with KS Design Cigar logo, together with the stickers of historical cigar characters and a small description note. The boxes are made of craft cardboard, tied up with natural hemp or craft ropes and sealed with KS wax stamp. Packaging can also be customized for special orders.
Any order of the regular collection of KS Design Cigar products can be personalized with initials; either directly carved on the body or on silver plates mounted to the body. As per the request of a client, any of the present products can be altered for a brand, event or an occasion.
Orders & Shipping
We offer you two different options for your orders:
You can personalize the accessories for bespoke orders or you can place an order through our Etsy store.

Personalized orders cannot be canceled or returned.

It will be sent to your address the next business day when the packaging process is completed.

We use global Etsy cargo for your Etsy purchases.

If your address is in Turkiye, estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days
*You will be informed about the design and shipping processes for your bespoke order requests.
Your orders are packaged in the studio and sent to all countries and cities domestically or abroad. Delivery time varies depending on your address. If you are placing a global order, customs and other additional fee are not included.
